All fields must be completed for your question to be submitted. All questions must be submitted by no later than 4 hours before the scheduled West Hawaii Forum. Also, please specify if you have a question for a specific Forum presenter.

Questions will be reviewed by a moderator prior to the event. It is possible that not all questions submitted online and the live event audience will be presented to the Forum panel due to time constraints.

Questions that are submitted and answered during the Forum will be available for review by streaming on-demand the recorded forum event through the Community Enterprise web site, under the “Past Forums” or through the NaLeo TV schedule of programs.
