Roy is one of the executive assistants for Mayor Harry Kim. He served in Mayor Kim’s previous administration as deputy planning director and executive assistant. Other than the 10 years working for the County, he has been a planning consultant or project manager for various private consultant firms, nonprofit housing corporation, and hotel developer over the past 40 years.
